  • Tribal Enrollment Identification, if claiming Indian Preference
  • Copy of valid AZ Driver’s License, if required
  • Resume
  • Copy of diplomas/certifications, if required

 

Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and complete a background check which may include fingerprinting.
